Cancellation & Modification

At Petal™, we understand that changes may be needed. This policy explains how you can cancel or modify your Home & Living order. For assistance, please email [email protected].

Order Cancellation

  • Within 12 hours: Cancel your order for a full refund to the original payment method.
  • After 12 hours: We will do our best, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
  • After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled. You may request a return once delivered (see our Refund & Returns Policy).

Order Modification

  • Address changes: Must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • Item or quantity changes: Possible only before processing begins; otherwise, please place a new order and return the original (if eligible).
  • Gift notes/wrapping: Can be added if your order has not yet been packed.

Refunds

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

Tip: Include your Order ID and the billing email used at checkout when contacting us for faster support.
