1) Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place orders.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.
• We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders for misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

2) Orders, Pricing & Availability

• By placing an order, you offer to purchase the items in your cart and agree to the prices, taxes, and shipping fees at checkout.
• Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We may correct errors (including pricing/typography) before or after submission.
• In rare cases (stockouts/quality checks), we may cancel and refund your order or offer alternatives.
• Discount codes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may carry additional terms.

3) Shipping & Delivery

International shipments may incur VAT, customs duties, or brokerage fees set by local authorities and payable by the recipient.

4) Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days on eligible items in unused condition with original packaging. Personalized/final-sale items are non-returnable unless defective. Review our Refund & Returns Policy.

5) Product Characteristics

Petal™ Home & Living pieces are crafted with quality materials. Minor variations in texture, color, or finish may occur and are not considered defects. Images aim to be accurate, but colors may vary by screen and natural materials.

6) Intellectual Property

7) User Content & Reviews

• By submitting reviews/photos, you grant Petal™ a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content as allowed by law.
• You confirm your content is accurate, lawful, and non-infringing.
• We may moderate or remove abusive, misleading, or irrelevant content.

8) Prohibited Activities

• Unlawful use, fraud, counterfeit sales, harassment, or IP infringement.
• Interfering with security features, unauthorized account access, or scraping.
• Posting spam or misleading claims about Petal™ products.

9) Warranties Disclaimer

Except as required by law, the Site and all products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petal™ and its officers, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits/revenues arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. In any case, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Petal™ for the order at issue.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Petal™ from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or infringement of any rights.

12) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdictions where Petal™ operates. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved in courts with appropriate jurisdiction where we are located or where you reside. Both parties will first attempt good-faith resolution.
